Horse & Kettle wants you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If that’s not the case, we will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email Horse&Kettle@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
***For large quantity purchases over $250, no refunds will be given. Please email before purchase to discuss. A sample can be provided for art prints and stationery.***
Cancellations
Requests for cancellation are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Allow up to two weeks to process your return.
Art Print Orders
Art paper and canvas prints are made on demand. While orders are typically ready within a few days, it may take up to seven business days. Allow extra time for shipping.
Scarf Orders
Each scarf is printed, hand cut, and hemmed on demand. The production house in Montreal, Canada may take up to ten business days to ship the order. Allow extra time for shipping.
Journal Orders
Journals are printed on demand and may take up to ten business days to ship the order. Allow extra time for shipping.
International Shipping
Horse & Kettle is not responsible for any additional shipping costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Please check with your local postal carrier for information on these costs.
